10/26/07: Attention Directors:
Due to cancelling the Barrel Race, we will have a Board meeting Tuesday, October 30th at Ta'Molly's in Bryant at 7:00 p.m. Please let Robyn or Christie know if you are not able to attend.

10/26/07: Attention Contestants:
Please fill the Contestant Form out prior to the first rodeo to be used by the announcer.

10/25/07: Attention Contestants:
Entries are due by November 10th for the rodeo on November 17th & 18th. If you would like to reserve a stall or RV hookup, please mail that form also. Click here for the forms page.

11/12/07: Attention Contestants:
Entry deadline has been waived! Entries are due by 8:00 a.m. November 17th for the Rodeo on November 17th and 18th.

~Board member Walter Jackson's son, Jacob, broke his right leg in two places at the high school rodeo. He is at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs. If you would like to send a card to Jacob, his address is 203 Hilltop / Pearcy, AR 71964.~

~Our sympathy goes out to the Widler family for the loss of Christy's mom.~

11/14/07: Message from Christie:
~ If you haven't turned in your membership and entries...I need them ASAP!

~ We will have a general membership meeting after the senior bullriding on Saturday. Please make plans to attend!

~ If you owe money, haven't paid a membership or non-member fee, or did not have your membership form notarized, you willneed to see me or Laura Saturday before you can ride!!

~ 11-14 & 15-19 age groups: We will have slack for the AHSRA members on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no payouts made in any event until the event is completed, INCLUDING SLACK!! If you do not want to wait until Sunday night slack is over to see if you placed and/or pick up money...you can get it at the next rodeo OR bring a self addressed stamped envelope to the rodeo to have a check sent to you. I will not mail money to you without a stamped & addressed envelope.

~ AHSRA members: If you plan on riding in slack, I need to know when you plan on doing both runs, before the rodeo starts on Saturday!!

~ If you entered a team roping partner I need your partners ASAP!!
