| ALL ENTRIES WILL BE PRE-ENTRY ONLY: All entries are due by the end of the previous rodeo. ** Late entries will only be accepted till the Wednesday BEFORE the rodeo with a $25.00 late fee. **If you are not a contestant of the previous rodeo, you must mail your entry in so the secretary has it in hand. Monday after the previous rodeo is considered late. PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 7 OF THE RULEBOOK FOR COMPLETE GUIDELINES TO ENTER. **Exception for first time members, also see rulebook.** |

| Due to extreme weather conditions predicted for this weekend, the January 9th and 10th rodeos have been cancelled. The fees from this rodeo will be rolled to the January 23rd and 24th rodeos. The make up dates are January 30th and 31st. If you were entered for the January 9th/10th rodeo, you will be entered for the January 30th/31st rodeo. Please see the secretary and pay your fees for the 30th and 31st by the end of the day January 24th. No more entries can be added to the 30th/31st rodeo. If you have not entered and would like to enter the rodeo for January 23rd and 24th send your entry forms and fees to Traci Britt by Wednesday January 20th. |
| Attention: Contestant Picture: Wear your Hoodie sunday of the finals for a team picture to be take during General Membership election meeting after SR Bulls. Don't Forget to bring Baked Goodies for the Bake Sale on Saturday to be auctioned off right after Senior Bulls. Finals Fees will be due at the February 6th and 7th Rodeo! Finals Theme; Saturday Feb 13 is Sponsorship Day Reconigize those who give you support by making banner, sign or adverrtisements to display on Saturday. Sunday: Peace, Love and Rodeo. Wear your tye-dye and brigth colors (Cowboy dress code must be followed) . SJRA will be selling Hoddie Sweatshirts with the Peace, Love and Rodeo theme at the Feburay 6th and 7th rodeo for $20, xxl or larger will be $25. Due to extereme weather again this weekend the rodeo for January 30 and 31 is Cancelled. We will make up this rodeo February 6th and 7th. If you do not have any changes you will be entered the exact same Feb 6th and 7th as you were the January 30th and 31st rodeo.. Reminder we will have a Silent Auction also at this rodeo each member needs to bring an item. |
